At Balloons by J The Store we focus on creating memories with balloons by providing quality supplies to customers and balloon artist on our website and in-store. To ensure this, we continually work to provide a wide selection of high quality latex and foil balloons. Our growing inventory, offers different variety of balloons and balloon accessories.
Refunds & Exchanges
No refunds. Except if Balloons by J The Store considers there is not another remedy to solve the issue.
Exchanges will be allowed with original receipt with in two (2) weeks of purchase and a restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) will be deducted from the value of every item. If two (2) weeks have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer an exchange of any kind. The items must be unused/unopened from original packaging and in good conditions. Online orders shipping charge for your exchange must be paid by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during your return shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return shipment.
Discounted items are final sale, no refunds or exchanges of any kind.
Disclaimer
Balloons by J The Store is not responsible if customer leaves inflated balloons inside the car and balloons explode or deflate. Balloon’s air expands with heat and contracts on cold temperatures.
Right to Refuse Service
Balloons by J The Store reserves the right to refuse service to any person or customer that doesn’t respect store facilities or stuff members.
If customer or customer’s guest are engaging disruptive and/or hazardous behavior or are under the influence of drugs and alcohol will be asked to leave the store facilities.
